In the midst of a busy life, do you ever long for more peace, steadiness, and wisdom? Mindful Heart Mindful Living (MHML) is an art of living program that integrates the wisdom of psychology with the practice of mindfulness. It invites you to explore new ways of caring for your wellbeing in body, mind, and relationships, so you can live with greater clarity, love, and ease.

This eight-session program takes daily life as the ground of practice and awareness as the path. It guides participants to embody the art of Mindful Heart Mindful Living in everyday life. Through a series of interconnected themes and experiential exercises, participants are guided to apply the wisdom of psychology and mindfulness to daily activities, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and self-understanding. The program offers a progressive journey of practice, reflection, and integration.

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in clinical psychology, mindfulness teaching, and lived practice, the instructor has carefully developed the course content and practices. Independent of any system or lineage, the program offers a unique, non-sectarian approach to mindfulness. It welcomes people from all religious and cultural backgrounds, providing a supportive space for each participant to discover their own path of living and practice.

You will learn how to:

  • Bring mindfulness into everyday activities such as breathing, walking, eating, working, resting, and beyond

  • Protect and nurture the heart’s steadiness and clarity

  • Gain insight into the rhythm and wisdom of life

  • Enhance communication skills to deepen your connection with others

  • Develop emotional awareness and regulation, strengthening self-compassion and resilience

  • Support the healing of body and mind through peace, wisdom, and love

  • Listen deeply to your inner voice and explore your authentic life path

This is a journey of returning to yourself to live with peace, clarity, and love. With a willingness to connect with your heart, every moment can become a new beginning. As you follow your own pace and needs, you are walking on a path with greater presence, love and inner direction.

This “Mindfulness x Psychology x Art” program is designed for anyone seeking deeper self-discovery and a higher quality of life. Unlike conventional mindfulness courses, MHML integrates scientific research and clinical insights, creating a space for us to explore the endless possibilities of practicing mindfulness in our daily lives.

Even for those who have practiced mindfulness before, this program offers a completely fresh perspective. Through MHML, I have come to realize that as long as we are willing to try, every one of us can become an “Artist of Mindful Living”.
