Mindful Heart Mindful Living
Living mindfully, loving truly

Mindfulness Heart
Mindfulness Heart was founded by Jenny Chan, a Clinical Psychologist. It is a platform that integrates the science of psychology, the practice of mindfulness, and the art of living.
Right mindfulness is not a technique, but a way of living with pure intention.
Through courses, writing, music, and creative expression, Mindfulness Heart accompanies those who are willing to return to themselves and walk toward a life of peace, clarity, and love.
